The carport fits 1 car and the driveway has space for up to 4 vehicles.
Guests have 100% access to the entire property. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.
PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 40 lbs., for a $250 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.
Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.
SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have 3 Active cameras for the front and back yard.
NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 fee for smoking on the premises.
THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold parties of any kind on the property. No extra guests without approval. Please register the EXACT number of guests for your stay.
There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM. For partying and disrupting the neighbors there will be a $1,000 Fine.
